How the VertaLok System Works

Includes everything you need to clean and maintain your gutters

The VertaLok System is based on a Remove and Rinse process for optimum results, utilizing a combination of Rotary and Non-Rotary cleaning tools specially designed to remove all types of debris commonly found in gutters. It's lightweight, easy to use from ground level, and works with any cordless drill. The attachments fit any size or shape gutter and work freely under and around gutter supports. The VertaLok Gutter Cleaning System has a reach of approximately 12 feet, depending on the height of the user, and is suitable for most single story homes. Additional Extension Pole Sections for higher reach are sold separately (Product Number: VXT006).

The heart of the VertaLok System is the advanced design of our Rotary Drive/Flow Thru Extension Poles. Made of Ultra-Lite aluminum, they are extremely strong and very lightweight. The Flow Thru drive shaft within each pole section is constructed of hollow aircraft aluminum tube with "O Ring" seals for safely transmitting both rotary torque and water pressure to the cleaning tools.

Rotary cleaning with your cordless drill

Rotary Paddle Brush: Great for removing dry/loose leaves. While spinning with your cordless drill, this attachment quickly and effectively removes the debris and actually makes cleaning your gutters fun! Perfect for routine maintenance.

Non-rotary cleaning with the Water Control Handle and garden hose

Gutter Scoop with Built-in Water Jet Nozzle: This attachment can tackle the toughest debris such as wet compost debris or hard, crusty build-up. The built-in Water Jet Nozzle is used to help loosen the debris and then rinse the gutter after debris removal.

Gutter Brush with Built-in Water Jet Nozzle: The Gutter Brush is used to drag and lift the debris up and out of the gutter. Once the heavy debris is removed, the built-in water jet nozzle is used to rinse the gutter clean, inside and out.

The VertaLok System also includes a unique Digital Camera Mount attachment used to perform visual inspections of the gutter before and after cleaning. It can be used for other high reach inspection applications as well, such as roofs and chimneys. Images can be captured on your camera by using the time delay function (for photos) or by recording video using the video function. The camera mount can be attached anywhere along the curved section and rotated in any position. Your camera can also be rotated on the Digital Camera Mount to any desired position.

Each VertaLok System includes a Flow-Thru Threaded Adapter making the system even more versatile. The adapter has a universal thread that allows a wide range of cleaning and painting tools to be connected to the VertaLok extension poles, such as cleaning brushes, window cleaning tools, paint rollers, etc.
